from his close friends and colleagues who will know him personally better.
He may have had bad times and now will be trying to come up in life. The
personality of a person only counts. Some have the conscious to be truthful
and loyal. But due to some mishappening in his life he would have met some
problems and have had a bad credit report. So one should not judge an applicant
based on the credit report only.
